Thanks to the brand new VoiceIP-UMP TR-069 ACS server, AVSystem has finalized deep integration of its flagship product, Unified Device Management Platform, in Netia. New and existing subscribers can now enjoy instant network service and immediate support. Full control over new and existing network equipment and all network maintenance is performed smoothly and without delays. This makes the system an integral part of a networking solution for home and small business users.
The VoiceIP-UMP ACS platform start was matched with enrollment of the new All-In-One home gateway "NetiaSpot."
The revolutionary new service "Moje Urządzenie" (My Device), which will allow users remote administration over their home equipment from any internet enabled computer, is scheduled to be publicly available in February 2012. Full integration with existing self-management system Netia-Online enables seamless transition for existing users into the new environment.
Unified Device Management Platform is also crucial for "Business Office" – a high-end integrated solution for medium sized companies joining data transmission and telephony into single service. Thanks to VoiceIP-UMP, first activation and subsequent changes in the environment are almost immediate on business routers and IP-Phones.
Customer support departments gained a great tool to lower the number of customer support calls and to significantly decrease the time needed for potential problem resolution. This is directly linked with customer experience in both service and support.
