Workspeed, MRI Software’s flagship building operations solution, today announced the Workspeed iPhone® app, which gives property managers and their customers the ability to request building repairs using their iPhones. This supplement to Workspeed’s mobile offerings, which includes the popular Workspeed Blackberry® app, gives engineers, property management staff and tenants an additional easy-to-use mobile facilities management option.

“The Workspeed iPhone App takes advantage of the popular iOS operating system to improve service request submission and viewing,” said Lev Kurts, Director of Workspeed Product Management, “Building owners, managers and tenants can now conveniently log and follow service requests on their iPhone® or iPad®, resulting in increased operational efficiencies and tenant satisfaction.”

Workspeed customers and their tenants can find the free app in the iTunes store, which requires a user to log in with a Workspeed username and password.
