Global Holdings completes partnership with Rich Keys Media

Global Holdings Inc., trading under symbol (GOHG), is excited to announce the completion of the previously announced merger of Rich Keys Media, a multi-facetted company which uses cutting edge communication tools to produce a full range of media services for private and public companies. Pending projects include TCBY, Exotic car transportation, Starbucks, and Popeye’s. In addition to these pending projects, the company has successfully produced and marketed big ticket venues for such entertainers as Kat Williams, Mike Epps and many others.

Richard Davis, the current Chief Executive Officer states, "I strongly believe this is the perfect company to place the shareholders into a much stronger, long term situation for growth with a real company that will have a long term successful journey. My goal is to provide an exciting revenue generating powerhouse company with a household name. My experience has taught me to create a transparent relationship with management and shareholders, and to stay focused on one common goal. I have been on both ends of the fence one as a shareholder of many companies, and also an advisor and consultant to many publicly traded companies. I will utilize my massive relationships within the entertainment and financial sector to build a solid company. Our goal is to keep our shareholders up to date on current and future projects."
