MorganFranklin Corporation, a business and technology consulting firm that delivers financial management, performance improvement, and national security solutions to industry and government clients, today announced the recent appointment of Michele Hoffman as Managing Director. In her new role, Hoffman will lead strategic system and business process re-engineering client initiatives, primarily in financial services industries including mortgage, real estate, and banking.
As managing director, Hoffman will further establish MorganFranklin’s financial services through the integration of the company’s core Financial Management and Performance Improvement (FMPI) service offerings. With more than 18 years of experience managing multiple full life cycle systems and business process re-engineering projects within the real estate finance industry, she will extend MorganFranklin’s service offerings and build upon the company’s deep knowledge base to serve government and industry clients in adjacent service areas.
“Since joining MorganFranklin in 2009, Michele has emerged as a leader in enterprise program management (EPM) by applying expertise in program management office (PMO), organizational design, and change management efforts,” said Ron Morgan, co-founder and president of financial management and performance improvement at MorganFranklin. “In today’s dynamic market where change has become the norm, Michele will leverage her extensive background and experience to help our clients become more competitive by providing them with measurable, value-driven solutions.”
Throughout her career with MorganFranklin, Hoffman has led primary and secondary mortgage and banking project teams responsible for vendor selection, conducting control assessments for regulatory reporting functions, implementing change management automation tools, and creating functional implementation strategies for e-commerce applications. She has also established and executed numerous corporate-level transformation programs by directing program strategy and design as well as operations management. She possesses expertise in process improvement and technology strategies, and is adept at business and staff development, client account management, consultant staffing, and project team management.
Prior to joining MorganFranklin, Hoffman served as principal at Kinetic Source, where she performed projects in the areas of restructuring, business redesign, and project management. She also served as director and Washington, D.C., geography lead within the Financial Services practice at Navigant Consulting, where she acted as account director and senior lead on various projects for large clients within the secondary mortgage market and real estate industry.
