Most people don’t know how fast and easy it is to get a good price for their jewelry and unused or unwanted gold and silver.

With Robin Leach, former host of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous as its spokesperson,GoldMax USA, the largest chain of stores specializing in buying gold and precious metals from consumers in the U.S., announced today that the firm is entering the Orlando, Florida market with the grand opening of three Orange County, Florida stores today, February 27th. With more than 25 stores in Florida and over 200 nationwide, GoldMax will celebrate the grand opening of new stores at 3635 Aloma Avenue, Suite 1017 in Oviedo; 601 N. Orlando Avenue in Winter Park; and 1120 E. Highway 50 in Clermont. All stores will open at 10:00 a.m. GoldMax also plans to open stores in the Springhill/Brookville area within the next 30-60 days.

According to GoldMax co-founders Scott Garber and Jordan Sadoff, the company wants to have 40 stores in operation in Florida by end of 2012. Store size can range from 700 to 4,000 square feet.

With the price of gold continuing to set record highs, more and more people are turning their unwanted items into cash. "Most people don’t know how fast and easy it is to get a good price for their jewelry and unused or unwanted gold and silver," said Sadoff.

Sadoff expects to pump more than $100 million into the economy this year by offering consumers the opportunity to cash in on the escalating prices of gold and silver. GoldMax will purchase gold (any karat), silver, platinum, necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, charms, watches, broken jewelry, coins, sterling silver flatware, tea sets, and candlesticks. GoldMax has built a solid reputation for paying fair market value for gold, jewelry and other collectibles.

Sadoff reported, "Last week, a customer came in with a small jewelry box stuffed with some broken gold and she received over $2,200. She was just ecstatic."

"GoldMax offers a 110 percent best price guarantee," said Garber. "If a seller receives a higher quote anywhere else, we’ll beat the price by 10 percent; it’s that simple."

"They can come into our stores with useless jewelry or other items we will purchase and leave with money to spend on other luxury items," Garber said.

The chain hopes to open 100 new stores from coast to coast by end of 2012 creating new jobs and more opportunities for people to trade in their gold and precious metals for cash. “We are committed to aggressively growing our brand," Garber said. "Our goal is to have GoldMax become the number one consumer gold buyer in the world."
