The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has elevated 29 attorneys to shareholder and 22 to of counsel positions. Reflecting the firm's diversified platform and wide-ranging legal experience, the new 2012 class represents 22 different locations and key areas of practice, including business reorganization & financial restructuring, corporate and securities, intellectual property, labor and employment, litigation, real estate and tax. In the Delaware office, Joseph B. Cicero was named shareholder and Brian L. Colborn was named of counsel.

Cicero is an experienced litigator and corporate attorney whose practice involves litigating and counseling clients on a broad range of matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, going-private transactions, corporate restructuring, fiduciary duties, statutory proceedings under Delaware’s General Corporation Law, proxy contests, and commercial transactions. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law and his B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College.
Colborn is an experienced corporate attorney whose practice involves a broad range of transactional matters, including the delivery of Delaware third-party legal opinions, non-consolidation opinions, corporate trust services, secured transactions and commercial lending. He also has wide-ranging experience in alternative entity investments, including Delaware statutory trusts, general partnerships, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. He received his J.D., cum laude, and his B.A. in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Widener University.
