In a decisive move designed to take the company from humble start-up to industry powerhouse, Savtira has structured a world-class team of best-in-class merchandising and marketing executives from the ecommerce, entertainment, consumer goods, and technology industries.

Savtira is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Cloud Commerce solutions company poised to inject new life in to large e-tailers, traditional retailers, computer OEMs, cable operators, broadcast affiliates, publishers, content developers/distributors and other Fortune 500 companies. William Sager, Director of Worldwide Content and Licensing – is a 25+ year Hollywood veteran, and a technology and entertainment pioneer in the film, video on demand (VOD) and digital television industry where he founded one of the first major pay-per-view cable satellite services, “The People’s Choice.” He successfully negotiated and licensed “A” movie titles from all of the major Hollywood studios. In Los Angeles, he ran the Television division at MGM/UA. Mr. Sager also spent several years with Verizon Telecommunications where he secured some of Verizon’s largest client to date, including Vivendi Universal, MP3, and Popcap Games.

Kevin D. Astl, General Counsel – has more than a decade of complex contract drafting and negotiation experience, including music publishing, digital rights, and intellectual property, emanating in part from Astl’s representation of some of the biggest selling artists in the "heavy metal" music world. Astl has negotiated multi-million dollar music publishing and songwriting agreements with the likes of Universal Music Group and Sony BMG.

Mark Steinberg, EVP of Merchandising – a long term veteran in Internet and Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Distribution, Importing and Store Operations. He started his career in store operations quickly moving into merchandising and was responsible for ever increasing dollar volume categories in excess of $1-2 Billion in multiple companies. His diversified background includes some of the most notable names in the E-Commerce, Retail and Distribution industry including AltaVista, CompUSA, DirectBuy, United Stationers. He has had high level relationships with most of the Fortune 100 suppliers.

Christopher Lugris, VP of Product Marketing – has more than two decades of software development and Internet marketing experience. Mr. Lugris joined Savtira from Catapult Marketing, an interactive start-up agency based in Westport, CT. As VP of Technology, he was responsible for operationalizing the start-up’s Technology capability, thereby ensuring quality, on-time software based on proven and repeatable processes. Throughout his career, Mr. Lugris has driven the development and delivery of innovative and award-winning interactive marketing campaigns and industry-leading Web sites for Fortune 500 companies including GE, GM, IBM, Kodak, and Kraft.

Eric Vician, Director of Marketing – has been a professional communications leader for more than 20 years. While in the durable consumer packaged goods industry, Mr. Vician was instrumental in growing a $10 million start-up company in to a $45 million global corporation in five years. He helped acquire the largest OEM, retail, international and licensed contracts in company history.

A former brand manager for La-Z-Boy, Mr. Vician holds a BA from the University of South Florida and is an award-winning writer.
