It takes a delicate balance of legal and technical knowledge to offer Relativity’s full capabilities to clients. With four RCAs on our team, we’re prepared to achieve defensible results while accelerating review and driving down e-discovery costs.
(PRWEB) February 27, 2012
SFL Data, the first provider of a fixed-price e-discovery managed service for corporations and law firms, today announced that Lead Litigation Support Analyst Rich Regio and Litigation Support Analyst Christine Tocalino have achieved Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) status. Those who earn RCA certification are recognized as experts in administering Relativity, the web-based e-discovery platform for review, analysis and production. SFL Data’s law firm and corporate clients will now have access to four RCAs who understand the full capabilities and benefits of the software.
“It takes a delicate balance of legal and technical knowledge to offer Relativity’s full capabilities to clients. With four RCAs on our team, we’re prepared to achieve defensible results while accelerating review and driving down e-discovery costs,” said SFL Data CEO Christian Lawrence. “All of our RCAs are truly dedicated to maintaining expertise by studying the software and experiencing how it works in a variety of cases.”
A Relativity partner since 2008, SFL Data was recognized as a Relativity Best in Service partner in 2011 after an evaluation of its technical capabilities, sales performance, strength of references and more. That same year, the company achieved Relativity Certified Reseller status to license the software directly to clients. Regio and Tocalino join two SFL Data RCAs certified last year: Senior Project Engineer Marty Fox and Discovery Solutions Consultant Michael Wigginton.
To obtain RCA certification, experienced Relativity users must have at least three months of experience as a Relativity administrator and earn a score of 80 percent or higher on the RCA exam, which contains both written and practical elements. The certification applies to major versions of Relativity and is valid for one year.
