The new website promises better ease of use and navigation for all of FreshStart Living's property investors and tenants.
(PRWEB UK) 28 February 2012
Property investment and development specialist FreshStart Living has launched a brand new website to reflect the growing nature and success of the business.
FreshStart Living, based in Swinton, Manchester, is a property development and investment company that renovates buildings from bankrupt stock, such as ex-council owned properties and disused builds, and sells them at 40 per cent below market value (BMV) to investors and first-time buyers.
The new website has been developed with the existing FreshStart Living brand in mind, but has been refined to provide a cleaner, easier to use design and incorporates new features to make finding information about what FreshStart Living can offer investors much easier.
The website makes it a lot easier for both property investors and prospective tenants to find what they need by splitting down the four types of property (commercial, residential, student and key worker) in to Buy and Let sections.
The website is also easier for all members of the FreshStart Living team to update, so FreshStart news and updates can be communicated to existing and potential investors faster and more efficiently.
Stephanie Sowerby,marketing manager, said:
"The new website promises better ease of use and navigation for all of FreshStart Living's property investors and tenants. We hope that clients will be encouraged to go that step further and see the potential that our properties have to offer."
"The site stands as a great source of information and has been designed to help the investment process become easier by appropriating a refined structure."
The FreshStart Living website is now live and incorporates features such as latest news, construction updates, a live chat for potential investors and detailed sections on all of the types of properties on offer at below the market value.
Notes to editors:
FreshStart Living was set up in February 2009 to provide affordable private market housing solutions specialising in property investment with below market value property. Much of our work to date has focussed on comprehensive refurbishment of former local authority tower blocks and we are moving forward with proposals for affordable new build housing that will meet the environmental performance standards of The Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3.
FreshStart has established a financial model for four property genres; residential, student, key-worker and commercial. By acquiring assets, developing then selling, the company has been making profits in line with expectations.
