Announcing Support For New Monthly Membership Program

Women on Fire Founder Debbie Phillips announces the appointment of Dianne Phillips as Director of Membership Care.

With the launch of Women on Fire’s new monthly membership program titled, Inspiration, Strategies and Support with Debbie and Friends, the Director of Membership Care position was created to provide top-level care and attention to all members.

“Dianne Phillips is the perfect person to make our members feel a warm welcome with a personal touch that goes beyond ‘customer care,’ ” said founder, Debbie Phillips.

“We removed the word ‘customer’ from our language because our members are amazing women building dynamic careers, running companies, raising families and everything in between,” noted Phillips. “Our focus is to provide inspiration, strategies and support so they are uplifted and continue to pursue their dreams. Dianne will play a key role in this process.”

Dianne Phillips comes to Women on Fire with a career in Human Resources supporting corporate, government and non-profit organizations. In 2008, she expanded her services to include business/life coaches, speakers, trainers, and other small business owners.

Dianne lives in Huntsville, Alabama with her husband Scott and two children, Christian and Tyler. She has a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Athens State University.

Since 2003, Women on Fire has connected women to one another to maximize their success through retreats, tea parties, coaching groups and media including the 2010 Indie Award® winning book Women on Fire: 20 Inspiring Women Share Their Life Secrets (and Save You Years of Struggle!) and the video Inspire Me!

With the new membership, priced at $29.95 a month, Women on Fire is committed to providing monthly programs to meet member needs through coaching, live chats, a monthly care package and audio interview with celebrity guests such as Joan Lunden, Anne Beiler, Jeni Britton Bauer and Agapi Stassinopoulos.
