FW Warehousing, a leader in the St. Louis warehousing industry, recently promoted Frank Dickerson to Director of Operations, announced Mark Cusumano, President and CEO of FW Warehousing.
Dickerson brings more than 15 years of experience to his new role at FW, having served in leadership positions overseeing areas such as operations management, inventory control, transportation management, freight brokerage and value added services.
For much of his career to date, Dickerson held leadership positions with a nationally known consumer packaged goods manufacturer, where he played a key role in outsourcing the firm’s logistics to a Third Party Logistics provider, lowering costs and improving service. He has also held management positions in the 3PL industry focused on the handling and storage of food and bulk food ingredients, and the brokerage of transportation services. Frank is an asset to FW and to St. Louis warehousing in general.
Dickerson is a graduate of Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Production and Operations Management.
Prior to his promotion, Dickerson has most recently served as FW Warehousing’s Customer Care Manager. He replaces Bob Klunk, who recently resigned as Director of Operations, in order to pursue other career opportunities.
FW Warehousing has been a mainstay in St. Louis Warehousing for more than 40 years. It currently serves local, regional and national customers with warehouse distribution centers in Missouri, Illinois and Indiana, totaling more than 2.5 million square feet.
