BeaconPath (formerly Bray & Associates) announced the unveiling of its new corporate identity today. The new name highlights the Southern California company's conversion from a firm singularly focused on employee benefits, to an innovative, full service provider of human resources management, payroll, and business insurance solutions.

The one-person startup, founded by Rhett Bray in 1995, has grown to a firm of 23 employees serving industries ranging from professional services to technology. BeaconPath has recognized the necessity for businesses to simultaneously focus on three key areas of business; payroll, HR and risk control, to improve operations and increase profitability.

"With the dynamic changes in the insurance industry, as well as shifts in HR and employee benefits, a growing number of small to mid-size firms are searching for expert insight, guidance and direction that will keep them not only in compliance, but moving forward towards their goals," states Bray. "Our objective is to provide that single point of contact -- one that will allow our customers to remain focused on their businesses, while we provide customized solutions to keep them on track and on target."

BeaconPath's approach is to provide hands-on service to high growth companies, creating tailored programs that reduce costs and maximize company value.

The expansion in services called for a broader corporate moniker. The company went through a branding exercise that identified its core ability to guide, protect and direct their clients.

"The image of BeaconPath conveys integration," states Jennifer Kuemerle, Director of Operations. "We selected a name that spoke to our key attributes of clarity, insight and direction."
In addition to establishing a new corporate identity, the company simultaneously launched their new web site and social media pages to integrate technology and profile its services.

“It was a coordinated effort that has been well received across the board," Kuemerle continues. "It's all about helping clients continue on their path to success."
