By keeping track of what's on tap and where, Tap Hunter’s web and mobile technology platforms have the ability to direct millions of craft beer fans to the best beer-centric venues – from pubs and breweries, to special events and festivals. Based in San Diego, Tap Hunter is rapidly expanding into major cities across the US and is tracking 13,000 beers at 600 locations in 10 major markets.
Boston-based Pintley helps its 75,000 users get the most from their beer and connect with the beer community via web and mobile apps for iPhone and Android. The company’s extensive tasting notes, favorites and wish list options assist users in keeping track of the beer they've tried and how they felt about them. Pintley learns from each user’s ratings and tasting notes to understand exactly what pleases their palates the most, so they can become their own beer experts.

- The ability to access expanded information about each beer on a Tap Hunter location's list via Pintley (user ratings, beer style)
- A link for each beer tracked by Tap Hunter to a corresponding beer in Pintley, so users can review that beer in their Pintley account
- The ability to see which beers Pintley users have drank recently for every Tap Hunter location
- The ability for Pintley users to see the availability of specific beers at specific locations from directly within the Pintley application through a combination of Tap Hunter and Pintley data
