Global Travel Alliance provides educational trips in over 40 countries. Working with public and private schools, colleges, churches, and businesses, trips can range from 8th grade trips to Washington D.C. to outdoor adventures in the rain forests of Costa Rica. The database collects and every detail from group travel arrangements and payment schedules down to the last detail about room and board and food allergies.
With a single point of access, travelers can view and maintain up-to-date information on their account. Webgrain developed dashboard summaries, custom reporting, advanced search and drill down features to give all parties the information needed at-a-glance or in deeper detail. The new portal is user-friendly, secure and provides a logical workflow process. It provides customers interactive and organized way to view itineraries, select payment plans, obtain account information and make payments.
