Weight Loss Boot Camp
(PRWEB UK) 29 February 2012
FitFarms boot camp prides itself on achieving not only short term but long term weight loss and lifestyle change.
There are two fitness retreat venues. One in the South of England in the beautiful county of Somerset and the other in Derbyshire in the hilly Peak District.
The Exmoor weight loss retreat is a classic red brick victorian manor house sitting in the Exe Valley overlooking Exmoor national park. The FitFarms manor has the added bonus of well kept lawns and woodland to the west of the house. The walking excursions are breath taking as guest trek over moorland and valleys.
The Peak District FitFarm is equally as stunning as the Exmoor weight loss boot camp. This fitness retreat has boutique cottages built around a lake just outside the historic Spa town of Matlock. The cottages are built in traditional Peak District stone that is unique to this UK district. The Derbyshire Dales have rolling and undulating hills which makes the walking excursions intense but rewarding when the guest receive there weight loss and fitness results.
The UK retreat have also planned to open in the Cotswolds in the summer of 2012. The Cotswolds like Exmoor and the Peak District are well known to UK and foreign tourist which flock to all three areas especially during the UK summer time.
The UK government have reported that obesity figures are up again this year and catching up with the United States statistics where more people die of over eating than under eating. The UK government only recognise junior weight loss camps and sponsor children to go on them to help with the fitness and lifestyles. There is a great belief that in years to come this will change and the UK will see adults joining the weight loss retreats with sponsorship help from the government.
FitFarms totally believes that the UK will be lifted by the Olympic games and this will help with the obesity problems.
The Olympic Games should have a positive effect on the FitFarms bookings. If you are thinking about joining one of the weeks in the Summer book quickly to avoid disappointment.
