The new chat system replaces Contact At Once, another chat system that Interactive 360, Inc. employees were using.

With the new software Interactive 360, Inc. employees can track the moment a visitor arrives on their website. They can also monitor each page they visit; this allows the employees of Interactive 360, Inc. to better communicate with the visitors. Employees of Interactive 360, Inc. can invite visitors to chat with them by sending them in invitations to a chat. Typically the customers are the ones that initiate the conversation but with the new tool, the employees are able to be very proactive in engaging the customers.

“We are setting more appointments now than before when we were using the older chat system,” Duncan said. “This a positive experience for both the customers and for us, the employees.”
