Girl surfboards and stand-up paddle boards are a particular focus, designed with attention to the detail of the female body and with unique artwork by a team of female artists. Hawaiki's surfboards for girls are made on the Gold Coast from Australian materials and a full range is available online, from high performance shortboards to beginner longboards. March 2012 will see the launch of a new Junior Model, and in July a new range of shortboards for intermediate and advance surfer girls will be released.

Hawaiki Surfboards also carries a complete line of Noosa Heads based HIVE Swimwear, designed for active water women. The new 2012/13 surf swimwear collection will hit the site in July 2012. And to protect skin from the sun, salt water and wind there's all natural skin care products from ECO Skincare.

Says Caroline Jackson, owner of Hawaiki Surfboards: "We exclusively sell products that are designed by girl surfers to cater for females of all surfing abilities and to support female surfers who have their own business."

Having surfed since she was a teenager and with many years experience at a world-leading surfboard manufacturing company, Caroline is particularly passionate about the Hawaiki range of girl surfboards: "Many hours of research and development go into our range of surfboards for girls, and we're passionate about educating girl surfers about the importance of riding surfboards shaped for women."

Surfer girls on the Gold Coast and Tweed Coast can bring their old surfboard and meet with surfboard designer Caroline Jackson for free advice on the best surfboard upgrade, or free email advice is available through the site.
