I believe that it is our responsibility to step up to the plate...
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) February 29, 2012
Don Miguel, Dallas’s Most Trusted Personal Trainer and Founder of Fit-for-Me Foundation will be speaking at Bea’s Kids - a Dallas, Texas non-profit.
Don Miguel is also the author of “Stop the Stuttering,” a health and fitness/weight loss book, which provides step-by-step guidance on how to create positive habits, ranging from a plan to repetition.
Don Miguel is passionate about educating kids. He practices Fit-for-Me Foundation’s vision of appointing representatives from the fitness & wellness community, who volunteer their time and experience by speaking with kids concerning overall education, physical activity, and motivation to pursue and maintain a healthy lifestyle and positive habits. “I believe that it is our responsibility to step up to the plate and use our most valuable resources - people who can and will make a difference on an ongoing basis and who also see this as a fantastic opportunity to simply give back,” remarks Don-Miguel, President & CEO.
One of Fit-for-Me Foundation goals is to recognize the value of young people and education in our communities. "The Fit-for-Me Foundation sees physical fitness & wellness as the next frontier of how to invest in young people to help them reach higher educational and personal physical activity goals. Considering that young people are becoming more obese, I believe that a community approach, focused on involvement in physical activities, is the key to developing the health and well-being of a physically-fit individual. So I am appealing to a wide range of partners and sponsors for support in furthering the foundation’s programs and services," notes Don-Miguel.
