Wilwood Engineering Releases New Jeep JK Wrangler Disc Brake Kit

Newly introduced Big Brake Kit engineered with the latest in Disc Brake Technology. Featuring Wilwood's Forged Billet Superlite 4-piston calipers with oversized 14.00" x 1.25" rotors. This kit will not only exceed your braking demands but greatly enhance the appearance of your Jeep JK.

Wilwood Engineering has recently introduced a new Jeep JK big brake kit for the 2007 to present Wrangler JK Jeep. This entirely new kit features the latest in disc brake technology and includes Wilwood’s Forged Billet Superlite 4-piston calipers (BNSL4R) in black powder coat clamping down on oversized 14.00” x 1.25” GT asymmetrical face slot pattern rotors.

The kit (part number 140-12440) comes with aluminum hats, caliper mounting brackets and all necessary hardware for an easy, bolt-on installation. Optional SRP drilled and slotted rotors are also available. Wilwood BP-10 high performance street pads round out the kit. Other brake pad compounds, including those for off-road applications, are also available.

The all new Jeep JK brake upgrade kit is configured for high performance street or off-road environments and is compatible with the original equipment master cylinder and ABS system. Stainless steel braided flexline hose kit, part number 220-11237 is necessary, but not included with the kit and must be ordered separately.
