Making its mark as Lincoln’s trendiest hotspot in the highly trafficked O Street downtown, Main Street Café unveils their next step. Main Street Café is the first business in the local restaurant industry to release its own apps. To celebrate, they will have in-store deals and discounts starting this Thursday (March 1). Courtesy of App Marketing 360, Main Street Café’s apps are now available on iTunes and the Android Market.

Main St. Café is offering two apps that raise the bar on cool: one that focuses on the family-friendly daytime service, and another that caters to the bustling nightlife of O Street. The apps give people access to convenient features such as the menu, ordering ahead of time, requesting a song from the DJ and a lot more in a mobile-friendly format. Main Street will also liven up the atmosphere with a live Twitter stream that people in the Café can contribute to. This will create a unique environment because it is shaped in part by the people in the Café. With their new Android and iPhone app development, Main Street Café is bringing restaurants and social media together and taking them to the next level.

To see what it’s all about and catch the buzz, stop by 1325 O Street. Main Street Café has been in town for over a decade, but the new O Street location has been open for less than a year. They serve up top-notch café fair alongside a full selection of beverages, and they keep the prices reasonable. These are big reasons why you will find it packed out, especially on weekends, but there is more to it. Owner Lawrence Chatters wants to make his place push forward in creating the cutting edge of fun. This is the reason behind the app development and the creative space that lets people interact in a new way. “I want to be ahead of everybody else as far as technology is concerned. App Marketing 360 was actually able to deliver that to my company.”

Truth be told, Lawrence is ahead of the curve most businesses in Lincoln and Omaha. This is in spite of the fact that the economy for app marketing and Android and iPhone app development will continue to grow strong for the years ahead. Jordan Eske of App Marketing 360 said, “Within just a few years, the global economy for purchases made with mobile devises will reach $1 trillion. It is a staggering number, but that’s why we’re here. We want to help people like Lawrence go mobile.” App Marketing 360 is a Lincoln-based app marketing and development organization that helps entrepreneurs and businesses with apps for both iPhones and Androids.
