A unique high visibility tag with installation instructions contained on it.
(PRWEB UK) 1 March 2012
Whilst Air Hose Restraints or Whipchecks have been around and used in the Industry for a long time, it is often a problem for the user to know how to fit them properly. This problem can also apply to their supervisors on site being able to see if they have been installed correctly onto the hoses themselves.
Action Sealtite in conjunction with their partners took this issue and have developed a simple solution. We placed on the Whipcheck a unique high visibility tag with installation instructions contained on it. We went for high visibility as this gave the benefit to the client of being able to see from a distance and they also know then the whipcheck has installation instruction on it.
Action Sealtite main ethos is to provide Product innovation and solution provision which is driven by our customer needs and wants
What is a Whipcheck?
A Whipcheck is a spring loaded loop that is placed over the end of the hose and around the end fittings to keep them secure. Should the fittings accidently disconnect when in use the Whipcheck will retain the hose and stop it whipping, saving the user from a potential fatal injury or even death.
