Every year NYChessKids sponsors two benefit tournaments to support organization funds. NYChessKids will be hosting another benefit tournament for the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.

January Benefit Tournament

NYChessKids founder Saudin Robovic presented NYC Department of Education with a check for $1,500 to help provide these students with the support they need to achieve in school and in life.

This past January, The Mary Lindley Murray School hosted their first NYChessKids Chess Tournament of the 2012 school year. The event resulted in a great turnout especially since the tournament benefited New York City's public schools. With over 200 students in attendance, it was a huge success.

Every year NYChessKids sponsors two benefit tournaments to support organization funds. This was the third benefit tournament sponsored by NYChessKids of the school year to raised funds to support New York City public school students with disabilities through a donation to The Fund for Public Schools. NYChessKids founder Saudin Robovic presented NYC Department of Education with a check for $1,500 to help provide these students with the support they need to achieve in school and in life.

NYChessKids will be hosting another benefit tournament for the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation. This special event will be taking place at P.S. 77 Lower Lab School. This May will be their second donation of the year. The proceeds of $1,500 will go to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation. To learn more about the event, click on the links below:
