We’re pleased with the recognition by so many trial lawyer associations because they recognize how well Strategic Capital has been operating for years – a company that operates quietly while paying a fair price for clients' annuity payments.

Strategic Capital Corporation is proud to announce its recognition by the New Hampshire Association for Justice as a “business friend… that operates in a principled fashion and treats clients compassionately and fairly".

Strategic Capital Corporation, a leading structured settlement buyer, has been recognized by the New Hampshire Association of Justice (NHAJ). The NHAJ has called the company a “business friend” and cited its reputable business practices in a recent letter to its members.

Strategic Capital Corporation http://www.StrategicCapital.com is a bright spot in an industry where the conditions and terms of transactions are a hurdle for people trying to find a fair and appropriate transfer transaction.

In a letter sent to its members this month, the NHAJ notes that the association does not generally endorse or recommend specific companies but that, due to the benefits that Strategic Capital provides, the trial lawyer association has made an exception. “Strategic Capital is one of those sponsors that the Board of Governors has identified as a "business friend"". The letter continues on to say that the company is "an annuity purchase company that operates in a principled fashion and treats clients compassionately and fairly”.

In addition to recognition by the NHAJ, Strategic Capital has been endorsed by the National Association of Trial Lawyer Executives (NATLE) as well as numerous state trial lawyer associations, including the Nevada Justice Association (NJA), the Tennessee Association for Justice (TAJ), the Kentucky Justice Association (KJA), the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and the Maryland Association for Justice (MAJ).

In addition to the NHAJ, other trial lawyer associations have recognized Strategic Capital as a fair and reputable company that runs its business to help clients and not to take advantage of them. The company offers consistently excellent prices for structured settlement payments and fair contract terms to its customers.

Niall P. McCarthy, the 2012 President of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), wrote in a letter to members that “Strategic Capital is an annuity purchase organization that operates in a principled fashion and that is open to feedback. That is why CAOC recommends Strategic Capital if a structure needs to be sold.”

Adding to the list of association recommendations, the Maryland Association for Justice previously issued a letter written by David B. Walls, Executive Director, suggesting that its members contact Strategic Capital if their clients need to sell structured settlements when changed circumstances make it necessary.

In response to these accolades, David Meyerowitz, CEO and President of Strategic Capital Corporation, said, “We’re pleased with the recognition by so many trial lawyer associations because they recognize how well Strategic Capital has been operating for years – a company that operates quietly while paying a fair price for clients' annuity payments. We’re proud to be recognized as a company with integrity in the factoring industry.”
