Merit Property Management Promotes Augi Yi to San Francisco Business Unit Leader

Yi now leads Merit’s San Francisco community association team to assist a growing client base in high-rise, urban and mixed-use communities.

Merit Property Management, a FirstService Residential Management company, announces the promotion of Augi Yi to San Francisco Business Unit Leader. Yi oversees the San Francisco market for Merit’s current association community management clients and is now responsible for coordinating and supervising new contracts, maintaining client relations and spearheading Merit’s continued growth throughout San Francisco’s high-rise, urban and mixed-use communities.

Yi previously worked as Merit’s General Manager of Park Terrace, BLU at 631 Folsom Street and Regional Manager of Merit’s San Francisco Business Unit.

Yi graduated from Columbia University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and holds the professional designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM®) from the California Association of Community Managers.

Yi will be working out of Merit’s downtown San Francisco office located at 50 California Street, 35th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94111.
