Coverbind has also announced the choosing of Brian Francis Smith as their Business Development trainee from the University of North Carolina Wilmington career partnership.
Maureen Sheehan brings over six years of sales experience to her new position. Her career began at Town Sports International where she quickly proved adept at meeting and exceeding quota expectations. At Schofield Media and Acquirent LLC she developed a specialization in senior level B2B sales based on a truly consultative approach. Maureen’s dedication to her clients, work ethic, and attention to detail led to successes in each role and her ability to consistently exceed expectations. At Schofield Media she made the President’s Club by exceeding her annual quota and at Acquirent she was named Sales Person of the Month numerous times. Maureen is excited to bring her skill set to Coverbind and continue to develop in her career with this reputable organization stating, “I’m thrilled to join the team at Coverbind and have the opportunity to help grow their presence in the Chicago area.”
Brian Francis Smith, Senior at Cameron School of Business at UNCW, was chosen from an impressive group of students who applied through the Coverbind partnership with UNCW. Brian is originally from Charlotte NC and will be graduating in May with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. His title is Business Development Trainee and he will be going through a three-month training program that will develop into a Sales Director position. The training period will include research and development, sales prospecting, marketing, database management, onsite sales presentations, tradeshows, and overall sales techniques following the Customer Centric Selling process. Amanda Wiseman, National Director of Coverbind and Brian’s immediate supervisor, adds, “I was extremely impressed with Brian’s eagerness to get started on his career. He has a wonderful can-do attitude and the willingness to learn through our training process.
