With his Christian guide book, "Mr.I" - Selfishness, World-Worldly Systems, Satan-Adversary the Enemies we Face (published by AuthorHouse), author James Roberts hopes to help readers overcome their spiritual battles.

“Mr. I” is a self-help book that gives Christians guidance on fighting spiritual warfare. “There are enemies that we face daily and this book has practical ways on how to defeat them,” explains Roberts. “My goal here is to show you how the enemy operates and have a plan in place for victory.”

Roberts on the topic of mercy:

Mercy is a blessing that is an act of divine favor or compassionate treatment of those in distress. Throughout the Bible, Jesus was very compassionate. He healed the sick, cast out demons, and many other miracles. This is the example that the believers should have compassion too. (John 13:15) There are times when self preservation has it roles, such as to satisfy hunger, thirst, protection, and health. Obsessively concentrating on selfish behavior weakens your true nature, limiting your ability to effectively serve others.

The inspiration for Roberts when writing “Mr. I” was simple, “What inspired me to write this book is that I wanted people to know how to defeat the spiritual enemy when serving and living for God.”
