The9 Will Bring to Overseas Mobile Developers “The Passport to China”

The9 Limited (NASDAQ: NCTY) is announcing it will attend the Game Developers Conference 2012, which will take place at the Moscone Center in San Francisco March 5-9. The9 will share its experience in China's mobile market with Western developers. According to Chris Shen, The9's Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile Business Unit, The9 will bring "the passport to the Chinese market"to Western mobile developers.

Chris Shen will also attend the Flash Gaming Summit 2012 at Mission Bay Conference Center on March 4. He will deliver a speech and give an in-depth introduction of the huge potential of the Chinese market and various support and services The9 will offer to Western game developers.

At GDC, The9 will also exhibit mobile gaming platform and products, introduce one-stop service optimized for developers, and discuss how to explore the vast market in China with Western developers and partners. Moreover, on March 9, The9 will host a panel entitled "Developers: Find Your Next 900 Million Consumers in China." Representatives from GREE, Game Insight, and online application stores of China's mobile carries will participate in this panel and share with overseas developers the unlimited potential of the Chinese market and golden opportunities to enter such a vast market.

Recently, China witnessed the flourish of its mobile market. In 2010, the Mobile Business Unit of The9 was established, dedicating to services of mobile applications and platforms. In 2011, The9 launched The9 Game Zone, a mobile gaming and social platform based on Android, iOS, and Java. The platform brings brand-new mobile social experience to Chinese gamers. The9 also offers various services to Western developers- including a one-stop solution of localization, packaging, publishing, marketing, and anti-piracy.
