The 2012 National Diversity Job Fair Series, sponsored by LatPro and the National Society for Hispanic Professionals, will visit the Metropolitan Pavilion on April 11 as the third stop on the nationwide career fair tour.

Diversity job board LatPro (http://www.LatPro.com), in partnership with the National Society for Hispanic Professionals (http://www.NSHP.org), will be in New York City with their multicultural job event on April 11. The job fair will take place at the Metropolitan Pavilion from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The job fair provides a unique opportunity for diversity-conscious employers to meet with professional candidates who have developed language and multicultural skills. The April fair is the third of nine diversity career events which will be held across the United States for Hispanic and bilingual professionals for the 2012 season.

This will be the sixth annual LatPro job fair held in the Big Apple.

“New York City is one of our favorite locations to hold the job fair,” said NSHP event manager, Ricardo Villalba. “NYC has the perfect balance of exceptional multilingual job seekers and enthusiastic employers. Their attendance makes the event a success year after year, and we can’t wait to see the turnout again come April.”

Jobseekers attending the career event will have the opportunity to network with fellow Hispanic professionals and local chapters of Latino organizations, in addition to meeting representatives from employers such as Canon USA, Beth Abraham Health Services, Hair Club, CA Technologies, and many more.
