On March 29th 2012 Beach Republic, the ocean club, resort and residences located on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand will play host to the final gala dinner of the inaugural Samui Fine Dining Festival, with a special dinner by renowned Chef Hervé Frerard.

As part of the first Samui Fine Dining Festival, Beach Republic is excited to welcome Chef Hervé Frerard. Chef Frerard heads up one of the top French restaurants in Bangkok, Le Beaulieu – an unashamedly French fine dining establishment that is without question the go-to French restaurant in Thailand.

Growing up surrounded by a passion for food and produce with a family of wine-makers and a brother who is a three-star Michelin-starred chef – Hervé was destined to become engulfed in the epicurean dream.
