As Vice President of HR/Client Services, MariaElena will oversee the daily functions and overall management of Client Services, Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Worker’s Compensation departments. Through her vast knowledge and experiences in every function of the PEO world, MariaElena will be able to integrate the functions and disciplines of their internal staff resulting in the streamlining and continual improvement of the effectiveness of corporate functions. Taking a more strategic, rather than tactical role, MariaElena will be focusing on cross-training internal employees and improving integration of departments to continue HR Strategies commitment to providing the best service possible to their clients.
MariaElena holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. With over 15 years of Human Resource management experience including HR responsibilities in the PEO industry as well as Senior Human Resource Management experience in corporate environments, Maria Elena holds the highest professional distinctions in the HR and Benefits fields, of SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist). MariaElena is also fluent in Spanish, and is able to easily communicate with bi-lingual clients and employees.
