Concierge Communications will be showcasing their new client management application to selective agents at the Channel Partner Expo in Las Vegas

Concierge Communications, a national technology and communications broker, announced today it will be unveiling its new client management application to a select group of agents at the Channel Partner Expo. The Expo will take place March 26-29, 2012 at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.

Agents utilizing the Effective Client Management System (ECMS) are supported with presales and post-sales support personnel from Concierge Communications. The system is targeted to support clients spending over $10,000 monthly on their communication services. The system focuses on client management in the areas of contracts, support, and escalations.
