Lehigh Valley Advertising and PR Agency wins fourth Best of Show Award in five years

Spark (, Lehigh Valley’s award-winning advertising and public relations agency, won “Best of Show” at the 11th Annual Lehigh Valley ADDY Awards for its print campaign “Lehigh Valley Getaway” on behalf of client Discover Lehigh Valley. Spark has won “Best of Show,” the competition’s top honor, four out of the last five years, including every year the agency submitted work.

“Spark prides itself on not only being the best in Lehigh Valley, but producing work that’s comparible to the best campaigns in the nation,” said Denis Aumiller, Art Director and Partner at Spark. “Winning ‘Best of Show’ for the fourth time is further proof that our sound strategy, intelligent creative and compelling content is a potent blend of thinking that sets Spark apart from other ad agencies and elevates our clients from the competition.”

In addition to winning Best of Show, Spark also took home a Gold ADDY Award for its C.F. Martin & Co. String Ads, a Silver ADDY Award for the Spark website, and a Bronze ADDY Award for its PPL EnergyPlus Ad Campaign. An independent three-person panel chose the winners from among nearly 200 entries submitted to the Greater Lehigh Valley Ad Club.

Best of Show, Gold and Silver awards will be submitted for the district finals in New York later this month. Submissions that advance from the district finals are eligible to compete in the nationals in Austin, Tex., in June.

The ADDY Awards recognize the best advertising in a variety of categories, including interactive media, television, newspaper, public service, consumer magazine and sales promotion. The competition is a three-tiered national competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation, the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition for creative excellence.
