Recall, a global leader in document storage, secure document destruction, digital document management and data protection, today announced the second event in its complimentary Annual User Conference series. The next conference is the largest in a series of three user conference events. It will be held April 19-20, 2012 at the Doral Resort & Spa in Miami. The Annual User Conference series demonstrates Recall’s commitment to its market through education, networking and building solutions to meet their needs.

Recall’s Miami conference will provide continuing education for records and information management professionals with an opportunity to maintain their Certified Records Management status, earn credit towards future certification, network with peers and learn about Recall’s recent innovations. The Miami conference has been expanded to include courses taught by a DRII Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) for IT and business continuity professionals. There is no charge to attend the conference, which includes meals for all attendees. Recall welcomes records, information management and IT professionals at all companies of any size. Recall is the only company that provides this degree of free education to industry professionals.

Now in its third consecutive year, Recall’s “Think Outside the Carton” Annual User Conference first occurred in 2009 in Riverside, California. In 2010, the conference was held in Atlanta, the home of Recall’s global headquarters. 100 percent of attendees surveyed said they would attend the next conference and recommend it to other professionals, and 82 percent said it was a good investment of their time. Recall then decided to hold multiple conferences in geographically distributed cities, making it easy for attendees to participate regardless of their location. The first conference of this series was held in Anaheim, California in December, 2011. Recall will conduct the third event in Toronto this Autumn.

The conference education sessions will be taught by Recall experts, industry subject matter experts and facilitators from ARMA International, a not-for-profit professional association for managing records and information.
