With viewership on the rise, World Risk and Insurance News begins broadcasting twice a week and introduces original programming, including “Who Got Caught?” and “Legislative Brief.”

We are excited with the progress we have made in bringing online video news to the global insurance community. Working closely with industry experts we aim to deliver news and information to our audience so that they can do their jobs better .

World Risk and Insurance News (WRIN.tv) announces milestones in viewership as it surpasses 7,000 viewers from over 90 countries around the world. In February alone the number of visitors to the http://www.WRIN.tv website grew by over 75% and the number of new visitors by 119%.

WRIN.tv has begun producing two newscasts each week in order to deliver even more timely and relevant programming. The online video news network for the global insurance industry is also producing its own original video series providing a platform for subject matter experts to share insights into topics of interest to the risk and insurance community.

  •     In the WRIN.tv series Who Got Caught?, renowned insurance lawyer, consultant and expert witness Barry Zalma focuses on the apprehension of perpetrators of insurance fraud.
  •     In another original series called “Legislative Brief”, WRIN.tv looks at recent legislation, as well as court cases and decisions affecting the insurance industry. The network is currently broadcasting a 4-part interview with prominent constitutional scholar, Professor Jason Mazzone from the Brooklyn Law School, focusing on the U.S. Affordable Care Act. In future editions of “Legislative Brief”, WRIN.tv welcomes other legal experts to comment on subjects such as tort and coverage interpretation.
