LawCLE Center’s eDiscovery training scholarships are considered a vital source of funding for the training and development of individuals that are pursuing roles as proficient eDiscovery legal professionals. Over the past 6 months over $11,000 in scholarships have been awarded.
“The unprecedented imposition of sanctions by the courts has led to one of the most difficult competency periods in the practice of law,” proclaims Michael Arkfeld, “LawCLE Center’s Electronic Discovery and Evidence programs are designed to provide premier interactive learning environments in the instruction of electronic discovery. In addition, we realize that it is a difficult employment time for many legal professionals. Feedback from those who have taken the course have commented upon the favorable reactions from eDiscovery employers to this type of training."
The chosen recipients of the recent eDiscovery training scholarships will apply these scholarship funds to the upcoming seven-week online training course beginning March 14th, 2012. This acclaimed educational program is facilitated by Michael Arkfeld and some of the most noted eDiscovery experts in the country including the Honorable John Facciola and Craig Ball.
