Service-oriented architecture (SOA) governance allows businesses to effectively manage the consistency, predictability, change and interdependencies of services. This month, WSO2 delivers a three-part webinar series designed to help enterprise architects and IT developers implement best practices for governing enterprise assets using the WSO2 Governance Registry.
· Part 1: Introduction to Configurable Governance Artifacts – March 13. This session will introduce the concept of configurable artifact governance in the context of extending registry functionality. It also will examine how to define asset metadata and layout.
· Part 2: Exploring a Real-World Use Case – March 20. This session will outline the real-world example of a portfolio of services, which are utilized by a set of SOA projects that deliver processes and applications in combination with external consumers and providers.
· Part 3: Modeling, Managing and Monitoring Services – March 27. This session will further develop the real-world example introduced in the previous session, focusing on the aspects of modeling, managing and monitoring a portfolio of services.
Each of the three one-hour technical webinars will be held twice: 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. PST for the Americas and 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. GMT for Europe and Asia-Pacific. For more information, visit wso2.org/library/webinars/2012/01/governing-enterprise-assets-wso2-governance-registry.
