IPG Counseling has led New Jersey in providing expert outpatient psychotherapy and counseling since 1983, and now also offers its services in New York City.

The Institute for Personal Growth (IPG), the premier outpatient mental health organization with three offices in New Jersey as well as in New York City, has just launched a significant new website that features educational pages on topics of interest in psychotherapy. The new website informs on many subjects commonly discussed today, such as depression and substance abuse - and some not so commonly discussed, such as sex therapy and alternate lifestyles.
With so much current interest in healing among the public, IPG felt it was time to present a website that informed and enlightened on issues in psychotherapy. The website encourages the public to explore its pages and then to research further into areas of interest by providing additional resources - libraries of books, websites and publications - that can be used to delve even more into the subjects presented.
IPG has developed pages to discuss such things as anxiety, relationships, PTSD, addiction, sexual problems, depression, anger, LGBT issues and stress, among many other topics. In addition, the Home Page features a video of some of IPG's therapists discussing issues in therapy and the benefits and goals of therapy. This is an opportunity to see and hear therapists talk about what it means to be a therapist.
