Both Brainetics and World Maths Day feature fun, interactive games to improve math skills

It is time to start the calculators! Today, March 7, 2012, is World Maths Day, a series of online math challenges for students, and Brainetics can help participants take home the gold.

Brainetics has taken parents, teachers and schools by storm after it was featured on ABC’s “20/20” and after winning the “Parent’s Gold Choice Award.” The Brainetics Complete Set includes interactive DVDs, card games, flash cards, manuals and playbooks, all designed to increase brain capacity and memory.

This fun learning program will make children excited to learn. They will learn the important skills needed to do well in school, like problem solving and thinking outside the box, and will improve their focus and concentration. Brainetics not only improves math skills, it also helps students better absorb new subjects. It can help students succeed academically and will boost their self-confidence. World Maths Day is a great way for kids to show off their new math skills and share their passion for math and learning with other students.

The World Education Games holds World Maths Day, as well as World Spelling Day and World Science Day. These games involve 5.5 million students from over 200 countries and territories. Students are given their own personal online games center and are matched up with other students of similar age and ability in exciting, live challenges. Students earn points for correct answers, with their tally growing as the challenge continues. The games are open to students aged 4-18.
