Recruiting software provider Bullhorn, Inc. today reported strong results for 2011. New bookings and revenue for the company’s applicant tracking and CRM platform grew 40% over 2010, while over 35,000 recruiters chose Bullhorn Reach for social recruiting since its February launch, one of the fastest-spreading applications in the industry’s history.
Bullhorn welcomed over 400 new clients to its industry-leading applicant tracking and CRM platform, including Solomon Page Group, Personified and CompuCom in North America and Swift Worldwide Resources, Investigo, JAM Recruitment and NES in Europe. The company’s Asia-Pacific client base expanded over 150% with market leaders like Aurec joining. Hundreds of companies and recruiting agencies chose Bullhorn Reach as their social recruiting platform and have already attracted hundreds of thousands of new applicants.
Bullhorn continued its heavy investment in new software innovation last year, highlighted by:
- A re-invented Candidate Search that saves time and flattens the learning curve for new recruiters by suggesting the search terms most likely to produce the best candidates
- A new, touch-enabled Bullhorn Mobile app for recruiters on the go
- A new Time and Expense module that automates the placement to payment process by integrating expense tracking, payroll and accounting
Integrated applications from Vertical Response, Wanted Technology, Insight Squared and others joined the Bullhorn Marketplace partner network in 2011, powering a 234% leap in client connections and further establishing the Bullhorn platform as a recruitment industry standard.
“Our software helped clients across the world put several hundred thousand people to work last year as the economy struggled to regain its footing” commented Art Papas, co-founder and CEO of Bullhorn. “I am proud of our 200 employees’ dedication and hard work.”
