Kettle Cuisine’s small-batch cooking leads to huge flavor

Kettle Cuisine is making the trip to Natural Foods Expo West to show off what’s been cooking back at its headquarters in Boston. Gluten-free soups, chilis and chowders will be available for sampling at the Kettle Cuisine booth (#2376) throughout the weekend trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

Expo West is open to the public from Friday, March 9 to Sunday, March 11 and representatives from Kettle Cuisine will be on hand to dish out samples, insight into gluten-free living, and information on the many benefits of freezing soups rather than canning.

Kettle Cuisine was born in 1986 after founder Jerry Shafir identified an issue restaurateurs were facing. Though they lacked the time necessary to prepare soup from scratch, many were still reluctant to buy canned soups that frequently offered sub-standard quality.
