Kettle Cuisine is making the trip to Natural Foods Expo West to show off what’s been cooking back at its headquarters in Boston. Gluten-free soups, chilis and chowders will be available for sampling at the Kettle Cuisine booth (#2376) throughout the weekend trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.
Expo West is open to the public from Friday, March 9 to Sunday, March 11 and representatives from Kettle Cuisine will be on hand to dish out samples, insight into gluten-free living, and information on the many benefits of freezing soups rather than canning.
“Freezing our soups locks in the exceptional taste, texture and nutritional value that come from small batch cooking,” says Levon Kurkjian, Vice President of Marketing at Kettle Cuisine. “Our chefs have developed a delicious line of soups that taste great and are great for you. We’re excited to share them with attendees at Expo West, which is always a great event.”
Kettle Cuisine’s soups are available in frozen single-serving portions at grocers across the country in BPA-free bowls. In addition to being free of contaminants, Kettle Cuisine’s packaging allows for fast and flexible preparation at work, school or home, making their soups a smart choice whether you’re gluten-free or not.
Kettle Cuisine’s diverse lineup of soups runs the gamut from vegan Roasted Vegetable Soup to Angus Beef Steak Chili with Beans – a carnivore’s dream.

Kettle Cuisine was born in 1986 after founder Jerry Shafir identified an issue restaurateurs were facing. Though they lacked the time necessary to prepare soup from scratch, many were still reluctant to buy canned soups that frequently offered sub-standard quality. Kettle Cuisine offered a fresh, all-natural solution to that problem and twenty-five years later the company continues to grow. In addition to offering soups, chilis and chowders to restaurants in the greater Boston area, Kettle Cuisine now sells a line of 10 gluten-free soups sold in individual frozen containers in supermarkets nationwide.
