Keystone Resort has released event dates for three of its major summer festivals; guests can begin making summer vacation plans to the Colorado Rockies.

Keystone Resort has finalized the dates for three of its major festivals for the 2012 summer season. Dates were released for the 2nd Annual Blue Ribbon Bacon Tour, the Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival, and the Bluegrass and Beer Festival. Each summer, Keystone, Colorado receives visitors from around the world to attend each of these events.

The 2nd Annual Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival will start off the summer season in Keystone on Saturday, June 23rd and Sunday, June 24th. After its inaugural year in 2011, this event is perfect for bacon lovers. The event takes place in Keystone's River Run Village, showcasing bacon related culinary creations, demonstrations and live music, this is an event that has been embraced quickly.

From Saturday, July 14th to Sunday, July15th, River Run Village will play host to the Keystone Wine and Jazz Festival for a sophisticated weekend getaway. This perennial favorite includes wine tastings, food pairings, jazz ensembles, and more. Visitors can enrich their knowledge of wine, learn the nuances of flavors and blends at seminars, and enjoy the mountain scenery.

The Annual Bluegrass and Beer Festival is slated for Saturday, August 4th through Sunday, August 5th. This popular event includes down-home cooking, beer tastings to showcase blends from more than 25 Colorado microbreweries, and live bluegrass music on 3 stages. A free KidZone will be available to entertain the kids with activities all day.
