After adding new services and capabilities it was time for Michaels Wilder to make a bold new statement.

"I didn’t think a website could capture the personality of our agency but it does just that and more."

Since 1989, Michaels Wilder has made its mark as one of the nation’s leading Yellow Pages advertising agencies. But over the years media has changed, marketing has evolved, and the needs of clients have grown dramatically. That’s why Michaels Wilder has continuously reinvented itself and added services and capabilities to meet the growing needs of their growing client list.

Today, the agency is truly a full-service partner for a full range of clients. With expertise in Yellow Pages, Interactive, Mobile Media, Brand Development, Research, Media and Talent Management, the agency is well positioned to help clients maximize their budgets like never before.

With so many new capabilities, it was time to tell the agency’s story in a new way. In 2011, a brand task force convened in Phoenix to build a strategic plan for the agency’s future. The key to this plan would be a bold new brand for Michaels Wilder. The first step was to get input from every division within the agency. From there the task force created a brand strategy that captured the new reality of Michaels Wilder. Using this strategy as a guide, the Michaels Wilder Creative Department developed creative platforms that were a dramatic departure from the past. A new logo was the first step. New corporate identity soon followed. Finally, it was time to fully explore the possibilities of the brand. Over many weeks, multiple concepts were developed and considered until one emerged as a clear winner.

This concept would become the foundation of the new Michaels Wilder website which was launched to better reflect the agency’s full capabilities. The new site puts the entire world of Michaels Wilder online. Potential clients can learn about services, work, people, impact and gain a true understanding of what Michaels Wilder brings to the table as a partner in their business.

According to Michaels Wilder CEO Shelly Little, “We wanted our new website to really demonstrate our capabilities as an agency. Clients and potential clients will know instantly the type of expertise that we can offer. Best of all, they’ll understand how we think and how we work. They’ll know that we take their success seriously. I didn’t think a website could capture the personality of our agency but it does just that and more.”
