Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (http://www.cca-advisors.com) is pleased to announce that Thomas P. McNeely, CFA, MBA, has joined the firm’s Chicago office as Managing Director of Business Development. He will concentrate on expanding services in the private equity and venture capital markets in both Chicago and Michigan.

"His extensive experience in middle-market M&A transactions broadens our reach for the delivery of business valuations, operational assessments, and back-office operations such as financial reporting and tax compliance.”
Litigation support is another priority area for Mr. McNeely. Cendrowski Corporate Advisors has 25 years of experience working closely with attorneys and court-appointed receivers on contract disputes, dissident shareholder actions, fraud investigations, tax-related controversies, bankruptcy matters and reorganization analyses. Additionally, the firm has extensive experience in gift, estate, tax, and intellectual property and business valuations.
Mr. McNeely most recently served as Business Development Director for BDO Valuation Advisors in Chicago. Previously, he counseled mid-size privately-held companies on mergers and acquisitions as Managing Director with Stevenson & Company in Evanston, IL. Before that, he was a private business owner serving the Consumer Products industry. Mr. McNeely began his career as an independent financial futures floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade.
