Online Baby Boutique Launches Mobile Web Site and Opens Facebook Retail Storefront

BabyBrowns, an online baby boutique, announced today it has launched a new mobile web site and Facebook retail storefront to meet the rapidly changing needs of its customers and strengthen its competitive position among online retailers.

Troy and Bethany Beaver purchased BabyBrowns in August of 2011 and since then have invested in a new technology platform for their online store and launched a completely redesigned web site in October 2011. In addition, the company expanded its call center in November 2011 and now offers 24-hour live customer service.

The mobile site works with web-enabled smartphones and is optimized for iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm Pre, and Android devices. In addition, popular tablets like iPad have the option to use the mobile web site or switch to the standard view of the BabyBrowns store.
