B2B Computer Products LLC just announced that it will be a Proud Participant in the 2012 Ryder Cup, which will be held Sept 25-30 at Medinah Country Club, Medinah, Ill.
The Ryder Cup, jointly sponsored by the PGA of America and the PGA European Tour, is a competition between U.S. and European teams. Held every two years, the venue alternates between courses in the U.S. and Europe. The Ryder Cup has the distinction of being one of the only high profile sports competitions where the players receive no prize money, but compete solely for the love of the game, accomplishment of excellence, and prestige of victory.
“We are pleased to be associated with the PGA and the Ryder Cup,” said B2B Computer’s president and CEO Mike Theriault. “This is a prestigious event that mirrors the excellence we work hard to achieve every day.”
B2B Computer has a long association with Medinah Country Club—hosting one of its twice yearly Technology Showcases there each year. Medinah Country Club, a premium venue in the world of golf, has hosted 13 professional golf tournaments, including four PGA Championships, four U.S. Opens, and three Western Opens. The club has crowned golf champions from Byron Nelson to Tiger Woods to Lou Graham to Hale Irwin.
