The votes are in, and ExakTime’s JobClock Hornet has won the Editors’ Choice Award for the 2012 Most Innovate Products (MIP) Award Program.

Held annually at World of Concrete, the MIP Award Program showcases many of the new products exhibited. The MIP Program allows attendees and readers of Concrete Construction, Masonry Construction, The Concrete Producer and Concrete Construction Products a chance to vote for the products they judge as innovative.

A panel of industry experts, many of whom serve on the World of Concrete Educational Advisory Board, reviewed and selected MIP award winners. And the editors of Concrete Construction, Masonry Construction and The Concrete Producer review and select the products in terms of the innovation they bring to the industry.

ExakTime, construction’s #1 time and attendance tracker, debuted JobClock Hornet at World of Concrete 2012, and CEO Tony Pappas says the response to Hornet has been excellent.

“We’re so proud and excited to have received this award,” Pappas said. “It has validated that all the hard work we put into this product has really paid off.

“We love it. Our customers love it. And industry experts love it! At this point, we couldn’t be happier,” the CEO said.

Hornet tracks workers, job activities and job locations in real-time, so businesses get 100% accurate records that handwritten, paper time cards can’t deliver.

Hornet is securely enclosed in a rugged, military-grade, ABS plastic composite case and built to survive any environment – rain, snow, heat or dust. The unit comes with a 30-day, rechargeable battery.

JobClock Hornet saves travel to and from worksites, while giving businesses real-time benefits without anyone ever leaving the office.
