Accounting Firm with Offices in Pennsylvania and New Jersey will Lease More than 12,000 Square Feet of Class A Office Space and Bring More than 40 Employees to Downtown Allentown in 2013

City Center Lehigh Valley, a major mixed-use development in downtown Allentown, Pa., announced today that the accounting firm of Buckno Lisicky & Company is the newest company to become a future tenant of One City Center, the $50 million Class A office it will soon construct on 7th Street between Hamilton and Walnut Streets. The announcement was made by Jim Harbaugh, executive vice president and COO of City Center Lehigh Valley.

When One City Center opens around September 2013, Buckno Lisicky & Company will occupy more than 12,000 square feet of the five-story, 200,000-square-foot office and retail building with a 570-space underground parking garage. Forty-four the firm’s employees will be among the building’s 700-some workers.

Formed in 1969, in Allentown, Pa., Buckno Lisicky & Company is a professional corporation of Certified Public Accountants with offices Allentown, Bethlehem and Lehighton, Pa., and Cedar Knolls, New Jersey. Planning for One City Center, which began in 2011, continues to progress with building engineering and architectural design in anticipation of construction beginning this summer. The building will offer flexible floors of up to approximately 41,000 square feet and will integrate the following amenities:

The first phase of City Center Lehigh Valley includes flexible plans for up to 200 luxury apartments, a minimum of 250,000 square feet of Class A office space and 50,000 square feet of upscale retail space.
