Relevate announced today that New Movers ID has added new sources that have substantially increased the number of new movers available to consumer marketers involved in new mover marketing. Last spring, this new movers mailing list contained information on 10 million households that had moved in the past year; now marketers have access to consumers in 18 million households. New Movers ID is being used by national retail chains such as home improvement and drug stores, insurance companies, and home service providers including lawn and landscaping services and home security companies.

Sixty-five percent of records on this new mover mailing list have a prior address, and 25 percent of records contain a do not call scrubbed phone number. New Movers ID contains 12 months of data, so that marketers can reach new residents at the appropriate time post move for their particular offer. The majority of movers put homes on the market in early spring hoping to move by the end of summer to get families settled into new school districts prior to the start of the new school year. Customers can arrange to receive daily feeds of the New Movers ID mailing list by contacting a sales representative, or order weekly data online.
