"We are so excited to be recognized for this accomplishment. We have worked hard to create a raw chocolate that is not only super healthy but outrageously good" says Jennifer Davis, owner & founder of The Great Unbaked.

The Great Unbaked emphasizes using the purest and most nutritious foods on the planet including raw, sprouted ingredients. Ingredients come from fair trade suppliers and small farms around the world and are organic whenever possible. Their product line is focused on gluten-free, vegan, whole raw foods and includes, raw pies, brownies, moonie pies, & chocolate. The Great Unbaked will be expanding into more savory items such as wraps, crackers and grab & go food kits.

Each Karma Katcher Chocolate box is recycled and contains a hang tag made from eco-friendly seed paper using eco-friendly inks. Inside of each hang tag contains a positive karma saying that can be planted and will grow wildflowers. "The Karma Katcher name & idea came about because we want the world to know that we can make a positive difference in the lives of ourselves and others by everything we do, including the thoughts we think" says Jennifer Davis.

The Great Unbaked is supporting Women for Women, Int'l in raising awareness and helping women (& men) from war torn countries to rebuild their lives. "We are excited about this charity because we get to know the women that we support through correspondence and love to see their opportunities grow. So, in effect, every chocolate that is purchased is creating a circle of hope for everyone from the farmers that grow the products we use in production, the women being helped by Women for Women Int'l to each one of us for being able to eat great tasting healthy chocolate. Its a win-win-win situation!"
