Personalization ensures that we evolve with our community, providing deals that are relevant to our users on their front page.

Slickdeals, the pioneers in community-based online deal shopping, today launched a newly-revamped front page to personalize and better engage its 700,000 unique daily visitors. The new Slickdeals front page features a “Preferences” tab where registered users can elect to customize the site according to their shopping personalities. A “News and Articles” section at the bottom of the page spotlights editor and community-generated content on deals, trends and purchasing habits.
“Slickdeals prides itself of its 1 million+ registered community members and this personalization feature celebrates every individual’s unique background,” says Bryant Quan, Slickdeals CEO. “We started out as a tech deal site 13 years ago and have now grown to cater to all types of consumers. Personalization ensures that we evolve with our community, providing deals that are relevant to our users on their front page.”
The “Preferences” tab appears next to the viewing options on the front page. Registered users can like, dislike or remain neutral on 21 major personalization categories, which will immediately filter deals on their front page. Users can register for free to set their preferences, contribute to forums and join daily giveaways.
